We tailor our approach to suit the shared needs of your property

Premium Management

Premium Property Management provides Body Corporate Management and Administrative Services to properties that are located throughout New Zealand. Our portfolio includes all property types, Residential Complexes, Commercial Offices, Industrial Units, Retail Centres and Mixed-Use Developments. These property types all have a need for Body Corporate Management under the Unit Titles Act 2010, however we recognise that their needs are not all the same. We like to tailor our approach to suit the shared needs of the property in a flexible manner while ensuring that obligations relating to compliance and operational needs are met.

All Unit Title developments are governed under the Unit Titles Act 2010 and the supporting regulations. Owners of property in a Unit Title Development are collectively known as a Body Corporate. Body Corporate Management is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Act and any operational rules that are relevant to a particular property.

The Act outlines the obligations to hold body corporate meetings, the responsibilities of owners/committees/ chairpersons, financial management of funds, duties of disclosure when selling, maintenance obligations and much more.

Our Body Corporate services are tailored to fit your needs.
